How do allergies and dietary restrictions work?
Diets, allergies and dislikes are set once in your account and then applied to every recipe generation, rather than being something you have to restate each time.
They are treated as a constraint on the output, not a preference to be balanced against an interesting recipe.
One honest caveat: this is an AI system, and if you have a severe allergy you should still read the ingredient list before cooking. Check anything you are relying on, the same as you would with a recipe from a book.
