1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Riff.kitchen ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. The Service is operated by Giorgi Aroshidze ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Accounts & Subscriptions

• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our Service.
• Subscriptions: Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Paddle link in your email receipt. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period.

3. AI-Generated Content

The recipes, meal plans, and nutritional information provided by Riff.kitchen are generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI). While we strive for accuracy, AI can make mistakes.

• Not Medical Advice: The Service does not provide medical advice. Nutritional data is an estimate. Always consult a medical professional for dietary needs.
• Food Safety: You are responsible for ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and safe to eat, and that all cooking instructions are followed safely.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Riff.kitchen and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Georgia and foreign countries.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Riff.kitchen, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any content obtained from the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
