Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with Riff.kitchen. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase. We review every refund request personally.

Digital Goods & Subscriptions

Subscriptions (Chef's Pass)

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. If you have not used the service significantly within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.

Credit Packs (One-time purchases)

Credit packs are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used. If you have purchased a credit pack by mistake and have not used any credits, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Locate your email receipt from Paddle.
  2. Email our support team at ask@riff.kitchen.
  3. Include your Order ID (starts with #) and the email address used for purchase.
  4. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request.

We aim to respond to all requests within 24-48 hours. If approved, refunds are processed immediately by Paddle but may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
