Stir the oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey and a pinch of salt together in a jar.

The mixture should look slightly too wet — the chia and oats absorb a surprising amount overnight.

Seal and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, ideally overnight.

Stir before eating and loosen with a splash more milk if it has set firm.

Top with the blueberries just before serving so they stay whole rather than bleeding through.
