Honey-Sriracha Halloumi Bites

Pat the halloumi dry with paper towels and cut it into 2cm cubes.

Whisk the honey and sriracha together in a small bowl until smooth.

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the halloumi cubes in a single layer and sear for 2 to 3 minutes per side until deeply golden brown.

Pour the honey-sriracha mixture directly over the cheese in the pan.

Toss the cubes quickly for 30 to 60 seconds until the sauce bubbles and coats the cheese thoroughly.

Remove from the heat immediately, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
