Classic Warm Berry Crumble

Preheat your oven to 190°C.

Toss the berries with the granulated sugar in a 20cm square baking dish and spread them into an even layer.

Combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt in a medium mixing bowl.

Cut the cold butter into small cubes and add it to the flour mixture.

Rub the butter into the dry ingredients with your fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse, pea-sized crumbs.

Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the berries without pressing it down.

Bake for 35 minutes until the fruit juices are bubbling at the edges and the topping is golden brown.

Let the dish rest for 10 minutes before serving warm.
