How does the food scanner work?
Tap the camera icon in the ingredient box and take one photo of an open fridge or pantry shelf. The image is sent to the AI model, which identifies the ingredients it can see and adds them to your pantry as an editable list.
You do not have to type an inventory, and you can correct anything it got wrong afterwards.
The photo itself is not stored. It is sent for analysis and discarded - only the resulting list of ingredients is saved.
